CSS Hunley

The Confederate Submarine Hunley became the first submarine in history to sink an enemy vessel in combat on February 17, 1864

The Hunley will be exhibited during the October 2009 Battle of Leatherwood re-enactment.

The Battle of Leatherwood Committee and the Pvt. Ezekial Brashear Camp # 2139 SCV proudly welcomes the full scale replica of the Hunley to the Leatherwood Reenactment.

The 5th Ky CSA Co.'s D,E & F will be providing the honor guard for the Hunley during the event.
